Summary0001576: [Smart3][ATV12] SKB IME can not Popup in CtsVerifier Wi-Fi Test
DescriptionHi YK,

In Android 9/10, we've got waiver for wifi-related failures.
From Android 11, Google ask OEM to use usb wifi dongle to eliminate these failures.

There is a CTS-Verifier test item that needs to enter the WIFI SSID.
In input row,
if we use SKB ime => the keyboard can not pop, so we can not test this item
if we use Google gboard, => keyboard UI can pop up

Please refer to attachment, and report this issue to IME owner.
